Construction Site Superintendant (Commercial)
We are in the market for a Site Superintendant for a 37,000 sq. ft. grocery store who will be responsible for all facets of the construction process. Applicant should have built at least three large grocery stores in a management capacity.
Construction Site Superintendant (Residential)
We are in the market for a Site Superintendant for a 10,000 sq. ft. house who will be responsible for all facets of the construction process. Applicant should have built at least three large houses in a management capacity.
The Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Bahamas.
Applicants not meeting the above criteria need not apply.
